| dc.description.abstract | Recently, several insurance companies have begun to emerge in the field of credit
guarantees. One of the companies in the field of credit guarantees is the Perum
Jamkrindo Office. Jamkrindo has a vision to become a leading guarantee company
that supports the development of the national economy. From this vision, Perum
Jamkrindo wants to become a trusted partner in credit guarantees and help improve
the economy by making MSME business activities a success. So Perum Jamkrindo
wants to facilitate the business activities of its partners. To achieve all this, the
Perum Jamkrindo Office must provide optimal service to users of credit guarantee
services. Medan City is one of the locations where PT. Jamkrindo builds its new
branch office. Currently PT. Jamkrindo already owns land located in JI. Sei Serayu
No. 40, Babura Sunggal Village, Medan Sunggal District, Medan City. The method
used in this design is to follow the KRK design instructions, location survey, data
collection by observation, documentation, literature study, and comparative study
of projects that have a theme and similar projects, which are then used to analyze
data, formulate design concepts, and adjust design and presenting the design
results for the design of the Jamkrindo Building, Medan Branch. From the results
of this analysis, the application of the concept of contemporary architecture was
born by applying several elements of local culture without abandoning the identity
of PT Jamkrindo itself. This design also applies nature which aims to show the
impression of respecting nature by not only creating an office, but still paying
attention to environmental sustainability, so that with a balance between nature
and humans, it is hoped that harmonization and work comfort will be achieved. | en_US |
