This research was conducted at Seis Cafe & Public Space Medan. The study aimed
to determine and analyze the influence of servicescape and customer experience on
customer satisfaction at Seis Cafe & Public Space Medan. The population of this
study was customers of Seis Cafe & Public Space Medan. The sample size for this
study was 135 respondents, using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection
was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique employed in this
study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that,
partially, servicescape has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction,
and customer experience also has a positive and significant effect on customer
satisfaction. Simultaneously, servicescape and customer experience have a positive
and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Seis Cafe & Public Space Medan.
