| dc.description.abstract | The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is currently
increasingly loved as an activity that generates the wheels of the economy.
Jamkrindo is one of the largest credit companies in Indonesia that is owned
by a state-owned company. PT Jamkrindo has a vital role in guaranteeing
conventional and sharia MSME loans. Currently, precisely at PT Jamkrindo
Medan Branch is experiencing rapid development considering the need for
adequate offices that need a renewal of design and concept. The design of
the Medan Branch Jamkrindo Building is an alternative to the design of a
building that is able to accommodate the needs of building users and building
visitors. The method used in this design includes data collection, analysis
stages, and then produces a synthesis which is poured into the design concept
along with the DED. Various analyses are carried out to fulfil this building
as one of the public facilities, starting from the contextual site, functional
needs, operational system needs to the architectural style that will be used to
answer all the problem formulations in the design. The design concept raises
an expressive modern theme, as well as ease of accessibility and visibility to
attract activities and integrate other supporting functions to synergise with
each other. The architectural style combines contemporary and local themes,
which implements a style of local wisdom from North Sumatra as the identity
of the design location, which will realise the building not only fulfils
functionally, but still attracts as an office. | en_US |
