Pengaruh Kinerja Lingkungan, Value Added Human Capital, Structural Capital Value Added, dan Value Added Capital Employed terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2023

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Environmental Performance, Value Added Human Capital, Structural Capital Value Added, and Value Added Capital Employed on Financial Performance in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2023 Period using quantitative research methods. The dependent variable used is Financial Performance proxied by ROE. The independent variables used are Environmental Performance as measured by PROPER, Value Added Human Capital, Structural Capital Value Added, and Value Added Capital Employed. The population of this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2018-2023. The sample of this study was determined by purposive sampling method so that 192 data were processed. Testing the hypothesis of this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results showed that Structural Capital Value Added and Value Added Capital Employed had a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance. While Value Added Human Capital has a negative and insignificant effect on Financial Performance. Environmental Performance has no effect on Financial Performance.
