dc.description.abstractThis research aims to determine and analyze the influence of café atmosphere and dining service quality on Common Folks customer satisfaction. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population in this study is an unknown number of Common Folks customers. The number of samples in this study was 115 Common Folks customers with a sampling technique using purposive sampling with the criteria of having visited and purchased food/drinks at Café Common Folks at least once. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that simultaneously café atmosphere and dining service quality have a positive and significant effect on Common Folks customer satisfaction. Partially, café atmosphere and dining service quality have a positive and significant effect on Common Folks customer satisfaction.en_US
