    Abstract
Material efficiency and vehicle performance are essential aspects in the development of modern automotive technology, particularly for prototype vehicles. Carbon fiber, as a composite material with pitch Strength and lightweight characteristics, is widely used to enhance vehicle performance. This study utilizes a methodology involving Fluid FLow simulation to analyze temperature distribution and Fluid fLow in an oven curing process, Phase change Analysis of epoxy resin, and Strength testing of carbon fiber specimens using Static Structural simulation. The simulation results revealed a uniform temperature distribution around the specimen at 157.193°C, with a maximum Fluid fLow velocity of 3.884 m/s. The curing process with the oven accelerated the Phase conversion of epoxy resin, achieving a conversion value of 0.99 in 4 hours compared to 24 hours with a conversion value of only 0.90 without oven curing. The viscosity changes of the resin also demonstrated that oven curing significantly accelerated the transition from liquid to solid Phases. Strength testing of the specimens showed that carbon fiber specimens subjected to oven curing experienced a maximum deFormation of 39.867 mm, which is smaller than the 41.4 mm deFormation observed in specimens without curing. This study concludes that oven curing significantly contributes to improving the efficiency and quality of the curing process for carbon fiber materials, thereby supporting the production of pitch-performance prototype vehicles.
