Rancang Bangun Sistem Kontrol Suhu dan Monitoring Konsumsi Beban Berbasis Mikrokontroler pada Kulkas Portable
Design and Construction of a Microcontroller-Based Temperature Control and Load Consumption Monitoring System for a Portable Refrigerator
Abstract
A monitoring system is a mechanism or device used to observe, record, and analyze data or performance of a system continuously or periodically. This research aims to design and develop a temperature control and load consumption monitoring system based on the ESP8266 microcontroller with the PZEM004T sensor for a portable refrigerator. The system is designed to automatically read temperature and monitor real-time power consumption using the PZEM004T sensor connected to the ESP8266 microcontroller. The energy consumption data of the portable refrigerator can be accessed through a wireless network, allowing users to remotely monitor the refrigerator’s performance. With this system, energy efficiency in portable refrigerators can be improved, and users can more easily monitor power consumption efficiently. The temperature value obtained in this study shows that the Peltier temperature reached 15.7℃ at the 300th minute, and the average values of voltage, current, power, kWh, and the cost of using the portable refrigerator can be viewed on the I2C LCD display and the BLYNK application.
