Falls among the elderly are a global health concern that can lead to serious injuries and a decline in quality of life. Education on fall risk prevention is crucial to enhance elderly individuals knowledge and awareness of fall hazards and prevention strategies. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of education on knowledge and fall risk prevention efforts among the elderly in the Kampung Baru Public Health Center area. A quasi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test approach was conducted on 33 elderly respondents. Educational sessions were delivered through lectures and leaflets, and data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results indicate a significant improvement in knowledge and fall risk prevention efforts after the educational intervention. Education has proven to be effective in enhancing both knowledge and prevention efforts.en_US
