Analisis Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Laba, Kebijakan Dividen, Free Float, dan Pengungkapan Keberlanjutan Terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Batu Bara dan Energi Baru Terbarukan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2021-2023

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing stock prices in coal and renewable energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2023 period. The total sample consists of 24 companies observed over three years, resulting in 72 observations. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the respective companies' official websites. The analytical method employed is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the hypothesis testing results, it is shown that, partially, dividend policy and sustainability disclosure have a positive effect on stock prices, free float has a negative effect on stock prices, and profit growth has no effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, profit growth, dividend policy, free float, and sustainability disclosure have a significant impact on stock prices.
