Analisa Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Solvabilitas, Likuiditas dan Perputaran Modal Kerja Terhadap Profitabilitas Dengan Suku Bunga Sebagai Pemoderasi pada Perusahaan Property & Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of company size, solvency, liquidity and working capital turnover on profitability with interest rates as a moderator in property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is a quantitative study that is causal in nature and data collection techniques are obtained through the annual reports of property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2023 period totaling 29 companies. The sampling technique in this study uses the non-probability sampling method. The analysis techniques used are panel data analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results of the research show that company size has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Solvency has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Working capital turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Interest rates are able to strengthen the effect of solvency on profitability. Interest rates are able to strengthen the effect of liquidity on profitability.
