dc.description.abstractObjective: Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) at BPOM RI for Pharmacist Education Study Program students aims to increase pharmacist candidates' understanding of the roles, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists in BPOM RI, equip prospective pharmacists to have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to carry out pharmaceutical work at BPOM RI. The Pharmacist Professional Practice Internship (PKPA) in the Government sector at the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) will be held at Jl. Percetakan Negara No. 23, Central Jakarta 10520. Implementation Date: PKPA Will be held from March 4, 2024, to March 28, 2024. The schedule is from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM WIB on Monday to Thursday, and from 08:00 AM to 03:30 PM WIB on Friday. PKPA Activities: The implementation of PKPA at the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan) from March 4 to March 6, 2024, began with a pre-test, followed by a general lecture on the main duties and functions of various deputy offices and centers within the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency. From March 7 to March 25, 2024, students conducted their PKPA (Field Practice and Professional Assignment) in their respective work units. The PKPA activities in the Community Empowerment and Processed Food Business Unit began with guidance from the PKPA supervisor at BPOM, followed by presentations and discussions of activities from the five working teams in the Directorate of Community Empowerment and Processed Food Business, which included: the team for enhancing the role of local governments; the team for managing the Germas Sapa program and supporting UPT (Technical Implementation Units); the team for empowering food security cadres; the team for empowering facilitators and processed food SMEs; and the team for bureaucratic reform. During the PKPA in the Community Empowerment and Processed Food Business Unit, students were given specific tasks related to the activities of Community Empowerment and Processed Food Business. The PKPA activities were concluded with a presentation by the PKPA students regarding their activities during the PKPA in each BPOM work unit, followed by a post-test from March 26 to March 28, 2024.en_US
