Perencanaan Gedung Kantor PT. Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) Cabang Medan

Abstract

PT. Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) is the largest state-owned credit guarantee company in Indonesia. PT. Jamkrindo's vision is to become the primary choice for business actors in guarantee services to support national economic growth and equity. Additionally, its mission is to enhance the financial accessibility of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, as well as Cooperatives (UMKMK), through the provision of innovative and competitive guarantees with professional, effective, and efficient services on a sustainable basis. In order to achieve its vision and mission, PT. Jamkrindo operates various branch offices across Indonesia. One of its branch offices is located in Medan, which has been operational since 2005. To accommodate the increasing office needs and enhance work productivity, a redesign of PT. Jamkrindo’s Medan branch office building will be undertaken. The planning of PT. Jamkrindo's Medan branch office is carried out with a modern architectural approach. This approach is implemented through the use of new materials and technologies, an open and flexible spatial layout, integration with the surrounding environment, and the application of a minimalist yet highly functional design. Furthermore, this redesign aims to develop an office building that effectively represents the company’s identity.
