Perencanaan Gedung Kantor PT. Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) Cabang Medan

Abstract

Currently, more and more insurance companies are engaged in credit guarantee services, one of which is PT. Jamkrindo. As a credit guarantee company, PT. Jamkrindo has a vision to be at the forefront of supporting national economic growth. With this vision, PT. Jamkrindo is committed to being a trusted partner in credit guarantees and plays an active role in improving the economy, particularly by supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). To achieve this, PT. Jamkrindo strives to provide optimal services for users of credit guarantee services. As part of its business expansion, PT. Jamkrindo is building a new branch office in Medan City, located at Jl. Sei Serayu No. 40, Babura Sunggal Village, Medan Sunggal District. The design process follows several methods, including compliance with City Planning Regulations (KRK), site surveys, data collection through observation and documentation, literature studies, and benchmarking with similar projects. All collected data is then analyzed to formulate a design concept that aligns with the company's needs and vision. The design of PT. Jamkrindo’s Medan Branch Office incorporates modern architecture combined with local elements characteristic of Medan City. This concept aims not only to create a functional and aesthetically appealing building but also to reflect the city's identity and preserve local cultural values. Thus, this building is expected to embody the character of Medan City while supporting economic and business development in the region.
