    Abstract
    Good seeds are healthy seeds that are free from pests and diseases. Efforts that can be made to obtain quality seeds are through tissue culture techniques because plant growth is carried out aseptically, using media that is full of nutrients in a room with controlled and ideal conditions to support its growth. Vegetatif plant propagation throught shoot culture can be an alternative to met the need for quality tamarillo seeds. This study used a completely randomized design with two treatment factor. The first factor was the BAP concentration consisting of four treatment levels, namely B0= 0 ppm, B1 = 2 ppm, B2 = 4 ppm dan B3= 6 ppm. The second factor was the NAA concentration consisting of four treatment levels, namely: N0= 0 ppm, N1 = 0,5 ppm, N2 = 1 ppm dan N3 = 1,5 ppm. The results of the study showed that the administration of BAP had a very signigicant effect on the time of shoot emergence, the number of shoots, the height of shoots and the number of leaves. The administration of NAA had a very signigicant effect on the number of shoots, the height of shoots and the number of leaves, but not significant effect for the time of shoot emergence. Interaction between BAP and NAA had a very signigicant effect on the time of shoot emergence, the number of shoots, the height of shoots and the number of leaves.
