dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the influence of self-leadership on self-perceived employability in generation Z employees. There are 2 measuring instruments used in this study, namely the self leadership scale and the self perceived employability scale. The data obtained was processed using the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software version 22. The data processing carried out consisted of descriptive statistical tests, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study show that the self-leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on self-perceived employability in generation Z employees.en_US
