This research aims to determine and analyze the level of satisfaction of users of the Participant Reporting Information System (SIPP) service using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The phenomenon that is the basis of this research is the transition of the reporting system from a manual system to a web-based one. This research uses the dimensions of content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness as variables that influence user satisfaction. This research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population used in the research were personnel officers from participating companies in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Morawa Branch, totaling 273 people. The number of samples used in this research was 170 people. The sampling technique used is a random sampling technique, where each sample has the same probability of being selected. Data analysis was carried out using linear regression method. The research results show that the variables of content, form and timeliness have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. Meanwhile, the variables of accuracy and ease of use have no significant effect on user satisfaction, with regard to SIPP services.
