Pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Struktur Aset dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kebijakan Hutang pada Perusahaan PT Garuda Indonesia Persero Tbk periode 2011-2021

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of managerial ownership, liquidity, profitability, asset structure and company size on debt policy at the company PT Garuda Indonesia Persero Tbk for the 2011-2021 period. This research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression on panel data. The population in this research is the company PT Garuda Indonesia Persero Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample for this research is the financial report of the company PT Garuda Indonesia Persero Tbk for the 2011-2021 period using a saturated sampling technique. The results of this research show that managerial ownership, liquidity, profitability, asset structure and company size simultaneously and significantly influence debt policy at the company PT Garuda Indonesia Persero Tbk for the 2011-2021 period. Managerial ownership and liquidity have a negative and insignificant effect on debt policy at the company PT Garuda Indonesia Persero TBK for the 2011-2021 period. Profitability has a negative and significant effect on debt policy. Asset structure and company size have a positive and insignificant effect on debt policy at the company PT Garuda Indonesia Persero Tbk for the 2011-2021 period.
