    Abstract
    This study is a correlational study that aims to determine the relationship between Perceived Neighborhood Environment and adolescent mental health in peri-urban areas. The number of samples in this study were 272 respondents with the characteristics of adolescents aged 14-18 years and domiciled in peri-urban locations. Sampling was carried out using non-probability techniques with incidental sampling. The measuring instrument used is the Neighborhood Scales Item to measure the Perceived Neighborhood Environment variable and the Strenght and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) to measure the Mental Health variable. The analysis method used in this study is the Spearman Rank correlation test. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between Perceived Neighborhood Environment and Mental Health of Adolescents in Peri-Urban. The results of the study were reviewed from the dimensions of Perceived Neighborhood Environment which showed that there was a relationship between Perceived Neighborhood Environment and Adolescent Mental Health in adolescents who were included in good mental health or Very Low, Low, Moderate, and High Mental Health Risk Conditions. While there is no relationship between Perceived Neighborhood Environment and Adolescent Mental Health in Adolescents who are included in poor Mental Health or Very High Mental Health Risk Conditions
