dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) at the Child Welfare Institution (LKSA) Damai Sejahtera and its impact on the social welfare of fostered children. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SPM at LKSA Sempurna Damai Sejahtera contributes significantly to improving children's social welfare, including aspects of education, health, and social protection. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of implementing SPM in improving the quality of life of fostered children and recommends the need for periodic evaluations to ensure that service standards are still met.en_US
