    Abstract

As the times progress, the Psychology instrument test has appeared on the administration of new tests, which in the past could only be done manually (Paper and Pencil) but can now be done online. The development of the method of carrying out this test raises new challenges, relating to the evaluation of psychometric characteristics of test instruments, one of which is DIF testing. DIF is used to measure the bias that affects the validity. DIF testing is done with the aim to see the item justice of a test instrument in different groups. This study using the Adversity Response Profile (ARP) instrument. The aims of this study is to find out whether ARP instruments are fair and can be used both when administered manually and online. From the results of this study it was found that there were 13 items containing DIF in the ARP test administration which came from the aspects of Control, Origin & Ownership, Reach and Endurence.
