Operational planning in agricultural production systems plays a vital role in facilitating farmers decision-making process. This study introduces a novel mathematical model aimed at optimizing crop maintenance planning through efficient labor allocation, optimal ma- chine utilization, and strategic scheduling. By utilizing mixed inte- ger non-linear programming (MINLP), the model integrates optimiza- tion principles to minimize waste and improve operational efficiency. The major contributions of this study include the development of a comprehensive maintenance planning model, application of advanced mathematical techniques in agriculture, and improvement of resource allocation strategies. The results show significant improvements in maintenance task scheduling, reduction of downtime, and increased productivity, which ultimately contribute to sustainable agricultural practices and food security. The model serves as a strategic decision support tool for farmers, enabling data-driven planning and resource utilization to achieve short-term efficiency and long-term agricultural sustainability.en_US
