    Abstract
Worker productivity is a critical factor in ensuring the successful implementation of a construction project schedule, as it directly impacts the alignment between the planned construction timeline and actual field progress. Column and beam work, being part of critical project activities, requires a thorough productivity analysis. This research aims to analyze worker productivity in column and beam construction and identify the key factors influencing productivity in the Murni Teguh Susanna Wesley Hospital construction project. Productivity calculations were conducted using the Time Study method, which is a work measurement technique that determines the Standard Time required for a specific task. The Standard Time is derived through direct observation, where the Basic Time is recorded and processed to obtain the Standard Time, which is then used to compute productivity values. The results of the productivity calculations indicate that the labor productivity for formwork installation in columns and beams is 16.94 m²/OH and 29.11 m²/OH, respectively. Meanwhile, for reinforcement installation, productivity values for columns and beams are 196.50 kg/OH and 267.25 kg/OH, respectively. For concrete casting, the productivity values for columns and beams are 3.68 m³/OH and 13.64 m³/OH, respectively. The analysis of productivity data reveals that several factors influence worker productivity in column and beam construction. These factors include material placement, complexity of reinforcement design, work location, number of workers, relaxation allowances, type of materials used, and the utilization of equipment. Understanding these factors can help optimize labor efficiency and improve overall project performance.
