    Abstract
Antenatal Care is a health service by professionals to mothers during pregnancy that is carried out according to antenatal service standards. Recommended ANC visits include once in the first trimester, twice in the second trimester, and at least three times in the third trimester. Based on data from the Medan Johor Health Center in 2023, the coverage of K1 visits reached 57.37% and K6 was 57.81%. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the utilization of Antenatal Care services by pregnant women. This study used a descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional design and was conducted from March to November 2024. The study population was all third trimester pregnant women in the Medan Johor Health Center working area, totaling 130 people, with a research sample of 56 respondents. The sampling technique used purpose sampling. Data analysis used multiple logistic regression test. The results showed that 22 respondents (39.3%) utilized Antenatal Care services, while 34 respondents (60.7%) did not. Multivariate test showed that the variables that influenced the utilization of ANC services were socioeconomic (occupation p value 0.008), individual characteristics (parity p-value 0.013), and psychosocial (attitude p-value 0.004). In the influential variables, it was found that the socioeconomic variable (work) had an Exp(B) value of 9.859, meaning that if pregnant women who did not work had a chance of utilizing Antenatal Care 9.859 times greater than pregnant women who worked. The conclusion in this study is the influence of socioeconomic (employment), individual characteristics (parity) and psychosocial (attitude). It is expected that health workers at the Medan Johor health center can carry out health promotion efforts that focus on education about the importance of ANC utilization through routine counseling, digital-based information dissemination, and collaboration with health cadres to reach pregnant women in the community. In addition, improving the quality of service and friendliness of health workers needs to be a concern to encourage the trust and comfort of pregnant women in utilizing ANC services regularly.
