    Abstract
    Fatigue is a protective mechanism of the body to avoid further damage so that recovery occurs with rest. Work shift is a time specified when working and being productive in an agency/company. From the initial survey of interviews, it was found that workers experienced work fatigue due to poor shift arrangements because rolling shifts only occur once a month on each shift. The purpose of this study aims to analyze the differences in work fatigue levels in cleaning services based on work shifts at Cambridge Condominium. This type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study approach. This study was conducted at Cambridge Condominium with a sample of 35 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire using the ANOVA test. From the univariate results obtained in Cambridge Condominium workers based on age characteristics most are 30-39 with 19 people percentage 54.3%, for the most work period in <5 years with 32 people percentage (91.4%), in the univariate results of gender as many as 27 people with a percentage (91.4%) fatigue that occurs in workers is moderate fatigue as many as 27 people with a percentage of 77.1%, and the most shifts are on the night shift 13 people with a percentage of 37.1% and in Cambridge Condominium workers based on age characteristics most are 30-39 with 19 people percentage 54.3%. Based on the results of the study there is a difference in work fatigue based on work shifts in Cambridge Condominium, namely p-value (0.011) <0.050. It can be concluded that there is a difference in work fatigue based on work shifts. Suggestions obtained in the study To reduce work fatigue, Cambridge Condominium is expected to carry out good work rotation by changing shifts every 2 weeks.
