The term "strawberry generation" refers to a subset of a broader generation, characterized by the perception of being weak, fragile, unable to withstand social pressure, individualistic, and less capable of working hard. This study examines the influence of work meaning on resilience, with humble leadership as a moderating variable. The study participants were 272 strawberry generation employees working in companies with a tenure of 6 months to 2 years. The results indicate that work meaning and humble leadership contribute to resilience, with an R² value of .635. Furthermore, a positive and significant relationship between work meaning and resilience was found. However, humble leadership was not identified as a moderating variable between the two.
