Analisis Kinerja Biaya dan Waktu Menggunakan Metode Nilai Hasil (Earned Value Method)
Cost and Time Performance Analysis Using Earned Value Method
Abstract
One of the main problems that can affect project performance is project delays. KAP Vertical Type PMK Pump Procurement and Installation Project. 2000 GPM at TBB Sabang Fuel Terminal Sabang. This research aims to measure and analyze the cost and time performance of the project. The method used to analyze project performance is the Earn Value Method. Next, data collection is carried out in the form of secondary data obtained from the contractor which is then processed to obtain the results of the cost and time performance analysis of the project. Based on the results of the Earn Value Method analysis, the CV value is negative in the 12th month, the CPI value is <1 in the 12th month, and the estimated total project completion cost (EAC) is IDR 18,154,080,585.59. Then, in the project time performance analysis, the SV value in the 2nd month to the 5th month is positive and SPI>1, while in the 1st month, 6th month to 16th month it is negative with SPI<1. The estimated time for project completion (SEAC) is 19.87 months and is estimated to be completed on March 24 2023 if using the SPI value for the 16th month. Meanwhile, based on the Actual S curve, the project experienced delays with progress of only 65.496% in the 32nd month.
