    Abstract
    Medan This study aims to analyze the impact of capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and solvency on firm value, moderated by managerial ownership in food and beverage sub- sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023. The research sample comprises food and beverage companies listed on the IDX, with data sourced from the official IDX website (www.ide.com). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, selecting 16 companies from a population of 94 companies in the sector during the 2020-2023 period. Data analysis employed panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using E-Views statistical software. The findings indicate that liquidity and solvency variables do not significantly affect firm value, while capital structure and profitability have a significant positive impact. Additionally, managerial ownership does not moderate the relationships between capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and solvency concerning firm value
