In Indonesia, electricity consumption in the residential sector is greater than in other sectors. Most power plants in Indonesia still rely on diesel or non-renewable resources, which are gradually depleting, while the demand for electricity continues to rise every day. Therefore, alternative energy from other resources is needed. In this thesis, a Simple Hybrid Power Plant is designed, controlled using an Arduino Uno-based system. This system utilizes solar and wind energy, featuring a design that is relatively simple and materials that are easy to find. These two energy sources complement each other; in the dry season, the sun becomes the main source, while in the rainy season, wind power is more dominant. The voltage generated by the solar cells and wind turbines will be used to meet electricity needs. It is hoped that this PLTH can generate maximum electrical energy at each testing location. Based on the test results, the maximum voltage generated by the solar cell without load and without a driver is 14.46 V on the third day, while the maximum voltage that the solar cell can produce without load using a driver is 16.09 V on the second day. For the wind turbine that uses artificial wind, the minimum voltage that can be generated without load is 4.65 V, while the maximum voltage produced is 11.71 V, with the wind speed measured using an anemometer.en_US
