Heat energy is the main source of energy used in various industries, including the frying pan industry. The energy generated by the cook stove is often wasted, as an effort to utilise the heat energy generated by the cook stove, it is necessary to design a product that can harness heat energy into electrical energy using a Thermoelectric Generator. This research analysed temperature, voltage, current, power, the effect of heat insulation on the cooling system and return on investment used 10 thermoelectric generators arranged in series- parallel. These tests are carried out with variations in the use of heat insulation / without using heat insulation for battery charging / no-load systems. The best result obtained in this research is testing the thermoelectric module in the charging system using heat insulation which produces 0.4608 W power, 5.12 Volt voltage, 0.09 A current, ΔT 72.7℃.en_US
