T. Central Proteina Prima Medan is a company engaged in the processing industry of vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus Vannamei) feed and produces on a maketo- stock basis. The impact of applying make to stock is that it can lead to overstock if demand is lower than the company's prediction and cause stockouts if demand exceeds the company's forecast. The unpredictable demand causes distortion within the company. This distortion results in inaccurate demand, leading to variable discrepancies between the amount of demand and sales, causing high storage costs, risks of expired or damaged goods, which in turn leads to the Bullwhip Effect. The Bullwhip Effect is a problem for the company in forecasting consumer demand. PT. Central Proteina Prima only uses demand data from each retailer and adds 5% to that figure to obtain sales estimates. The purpose of this research is to reduce the Bullwhip Effect of vannamei shrimp feed products at PT. Central Proteina Prima by implementing the CPFR (Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment) method. CPFR is a method that utilizes or combines references from various sources, such as retailers, to establish cooperation between the lower supply chain and the distributor above, where sellers and buyers can collaborate in production planning and shipment forecasting activities to produce more accurate and integrated demand forecasts. Based on the calculations, the reduction in the Bullwhip Effect after using the CPFR method shows that the Bullwhip Effect value for the Irawan 681 V product is 0.86 and for the Irawan 684 SV product is 0.86, resulting in stock at the manufacturer that can meet demand. This model can be applied if there is active collaboration through Inventory and Forecast Demand.en_US
