Implementasi Program Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja di Puskesmas Padang Bulan Tahun 2024

Abstract

Adolescent Care Health Services (PKPR) is a program by the Indonesian Ministry of Health to overcome the increasing problems at a young age, which are applied to puskesmas capable of administering PKPR by using a PKPR National Standard. This is one of the efforts of the Government of Indonesia to address the risks surrounding adolescent health by developing a program known as the Youth Care Health Service (PKPR). In 2023, the achievement of the PKPR national standard at the Padang Bulan Health Center was 30.73%. This achievement shows that the implementation of PKPR at the Padang Bulan Health Center has not reached the national standard of service, which is 100%. This qualitative research aims to the implementation of PKPR medical clinical services, counseling, peer educators/counselors, PKHS, KIE. Data collection includes primary data with interview guidelines and secondary data. The research uses source triangulation methods with observations made at the research location. The results showed that the overall implementation of PKPR at the Padang Bulan Health Center for the PKPR program not meet the criteria as specified adolescent services because there in sufficient financial support, infra structure, and human resources. PKPR socialization is necessary, the absence of peer counselor training for adolescents at the puskesmas, the lack of implementation of conceling for Adolescent. Good cooperation is needed between the leadership of the puskesmas and the health office to improve funding and increase funding to improve the performance of the puskesmas in terms of PKPR so that the PKPR target is achieved.
