Based on the logistic regression test, the results showed that the variables of employment (p=0.008), knowledge (p=0.003), accessibility (p=0.049), and cadre support (p=0.001) had a significant influence on the utilization of Posyandu at the Parlilitan Community Health Center, and Based on the logistic regression test, it is shown that the cadre support variable has an Exp value. (B) is 59.866 which is the best model to determine the influence on posyandu utilization. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that cadres be more active in providing information regarding the posyandu schedule to all mothers of toddlers to increase their activity by visiting the posyandu more regularly and reminding mothers of toddlers to use the posyandu.en_US
