Infectious diseases are currently still a health problem that causes high rates of morbidity and mortality, so appropriate prevention, control and eradication efforts need to be made to eradicate these diseases. One of the infectious diseases that is a global health problem is Tuberculosis. The aim of this study was to determine the factors associated with treatment compliance in pulmonary TB sufferes at the Batang Kuis Health Center Deli Serdang Regency in 2024 . In this research, researchers used quantitative methods. The type of research used by researchers is cross-sectional. The sample in this study was 52 people suffering from pulmonary TB who came for treatment at the Batang Kuis Health Center. The sampling technique uses Total Sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi Square test. The research results showed that the variables used were age (P value = 0.119), knowledge (P value = 0.000), access to health facilities (P value = 0.040), and ownership of JKN (P value = 0.428). The conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship between age and treatment compliance, there is a relationship between knowledge and treatment compliance, there is no relationship between access to health facilities and treatment compliance, there is a relationship between family support and treatment compliance, there is a relationship between health worker support and compliance. treatment, there is no relationship between ownership of JKN and compliance with treatment. It is hoped that in this research the community health center will further improve health promotion which focuses on increasing knowledge and motivation regarding TB patient treatment compliance.
