| dc.description.abstract | Work fatigue is a pattern that arises in a situation that generally occurs in workers, namely that workers are no longer able to do their work, resulting in a decrease in work productivity. Several factors that influence work fatigue in this study are age, length of service, nutritional status, health status, smoking habits, noise levels, lighting levels and heat stress. This research aims to determine the factors that influence on work fatigue in workers at Mas Ponimin Tofu and Tempe Business Unit. The research carried out was quantitative research with a cross sectional study research design. The population of this study was all workers in the Mas Ponimin Tofu and Tempe Business Unit, totaling 30 people. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling, namely with the criteria that the workers were male, totaling 27 workers. The data collection method uses interviews and filling out questionnaires with workers, measuring the work environment using sound level meters and lux meters. Multivariate statistical analysis used a logistic regression test, where it was found that there was an influence between the variables age (p value 0.030), length of service (p value 0.039), nutritional status (p value 0.050), health status (p value 0.785), smoking habits (p value 0.451), heat stress (p value 0.047), noise level (p value 0.109) and lighting level (p value 0.109) with work fatigue. It is recommended for the owner of the Mas Ponimin Tofu and Tempe Business Unit to rotate jobs every 1 months, to carry out regular maintenance on existing turbine roof ventilator exhaust fans. It is hoped that workers at the Mas Ponimin Tofu and Tempe Business Unit will relax their muscles in between working hours. | en_US |
