Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by a virus and spread by vectors. The virus that causes this disease is Dengue. The vector of this disease comes from the types of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes, Aedes mosquitoes are generally in regions with tropical climates, high rainfall, and hot and humid temperatures. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (P2DH) eradication program at the Medan Johor Health Center, Medan Johor District in 2024. This research is a qualitative research that was conducted at the Medan Johor Health Center, Keamatan Medan Johor. The determination of informants in qualitative research uses the purposive sampling method. Data collection uses the in-depth interview method. The analysis of qualitative research data is carried out interactively and continuously until the data reaches the saturation point. The results of the study show that human resources in the P2DBD program are still lacking, limited facilities and infrastructure such as fogging machines, funds obtained from the P2DBD program from the APBD and BOK, the methods used are in accordance with the Guidelines and SOPs. The implementation of PSN has been carried out but there are still obstacles, the implementation of larvicide has been carried out by officers but it is still not optimal, the implementation of fogging is still carried out if there is a case. The achievement of the implementation of PSN is assessed at 70 persen so that it is still below the standard, namely 80 persen, the achievement of larvicide implementation has been carried out by the health center but has not yet been achieved, the achievement of the implementation of fogging has not reached the target because there are still quite high cases. It was concluded that there was a lack of humanresources, limited fogging machines. It is hoped that the health office can add fogging officers, to health centers to approach the community in carrying out the P2DBD program and it is hoped that the community will participate in participating in counseling to prevent or reduce dengue casesen_US
