    Abstract
This research aims to examine the effect of variations in tungsten composition on the microstructure, mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of (CuNi)-FeCNT-Wx alloy using powder metallurgy methods. The variations of tungsten (W) used are 2%, 3%, and 4% by weight, with the sintering process carried out at a temperature of 770°C. This research involves testing mechanical properties such as density, Vickers hardness, wear resistance, electrical conductivity, as well as microstructural analysis using an optical microscope. The results showed that increasing the percentage of tungsten had a significant impact on the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of the alloy. A variation of 3% tungsten produces the highest hardness, while the best electrical conductivity is obtained at a variation of 2%. The alloy microstructure shows a homogeneous distribution of tungsten particles at certain variations, which influences the improvement of mechanical properties and reduction of porosity. In addition, the sintering process succeeded in increasing bonds between particles, reducing porosity, and improving material characteristics. This research contributes to the development of electrode materials for Electric Discharge Machining (EDM) applications, which require superior mechanical properties and high electrical conductivity. It is hoped that these results can become a reference for the development of similar materials in the manufacturing industry.
