This study aims to redesign and fabricate the volute casing of a centrifugal pump using 3D printing technology. This approach was chosen to replace traditional manufacturing methods such as casting and machining, utilizing PLA (Polylactic Acid) polymer material, which is environmentally friendly and cost-effective. The research begins with the redesign process using SolidWorks software, followed by slicing using Ultimaker Cura, and printing with a 3D printer based on Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology. The fabricated product was performance-tested using three types of impellers to evaluate the efficiency of the design and manufacturing quality. The study demonstrates that 3D printing technology can serve as an effective alternative method for rapid prototyping mechanical products such as the volute casing of a centrifugal pump.en_US
