A mass transfer model is a mathematical or conceptual representation of how materials or substances move from one place to another in a particular system. It includes various processes such as diffusion, convection, and dispersion. These models help scientists and engineers understand, predict, and control mass transfer in a variety of applications, such as bioprocess engineering, substance separation, and environmental populations. In this study, the mass transfer of snakehead fish with a drying rate of 0.109 g/s and a mass diffusivity value of 2.981e-4 cm2/s.en_US
