dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the value of WRI (Waste Reduction Index) conducted by BSF larvae on fresh cow dung and fermented cow dung and determine the nutritional content of kasgot nutrients that have met the quality standards of Kepmenper No. 261 of 2019 and determine the quality of kasgot from the application of kasgot to pakchoi (Brassica rapa L.) with the application of manure and NPK fertilizer as a comparison. The WRI value obtained in this study was 3.565% for fresh cow dung and 3.715% for fermented cow dung which showed the effectiveness of BSF larvae in reducing cow dung waste. And produce kasgot with nutritional content that has met the quality standards of Kepmenper No. 261 of 2019, namely in fresh cow manure kasgot (N+P2O5+K2O) 3.655%, c-organic 49.10% and C/N ratio 18.015, as well as pH 7.66 and moisture content 13.125%. And in fermented cow manure kasgot contain (N+P2O5+K2O) 4.435%, c-organic 49.18% and C/N ratio of 17.47, as well as pH 7.91 and moisture content of 17.15%. The application of fermented kasgot (P2) resulted in the highest pakchoi growth value, and the highest to lowest yield followed by the application of NPK fertilizer (P5), fresh kasgot (P1), fermented manure (P4), manure (P3), and control (P0). | en_US |
