Periodic health check-ups for workers are crucial in maintaining the well-being andsafety of the workforce worldwide, including in Indonesia. These check-ups are anintegral part of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (K3) aimed at preventing occupational diseases, ensuring safe working conditions, and supporting sustainable productivity. Regular health check-ups for workers aredesigned to assess and control occupational risks. The objective of this study is to obtain an overview of periodic health data of workers for the period 2020-2023 at PT. INALUM. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method. The data collection method uses secondary data. The results of the study indicate differences in health conditions that require different approaches to health interventions among factory and administrative workers. It is recommended that the company continue and increase the frequency of periodic health check-ups to proactively monitor workers' health conditions. This will aid in the early detection of health issues and provide timely interventions.en_US
