dc.description.abstract | PT Petro Mulia Pratama, a distributor gas, has implemented
digitalization policies utilizing the MyPertamina app and "Subsidi Tepat LPG 3
Kg" website. Adaptation challenge to the application is evident with the
application adoption rate reaching only 61.25% from November 2023 to March
2024. Therefore, this study aims to provide strategies that can help the company
and similar distribution agencies overcome digitalization challenges and increase
resilience in facing the use of information technology in the subsidized LPG gas
distribution industry. The research method used is descriptive survey, with data
collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires during the research
period. The analysis shows that the majority of bases have a moderate level of
digital resilience. However, there are still bases with low resilience levels,
resulting in the failure to achieve the digitalization targets set by PT Pertamina.
From the SWOT analysis, 18 strategies are proposed to increase resilience and
the success of digital transformation. These strategies include application training
for MyPertamina PICs at each base, collaborative advertising, technology
investment, and improving customer service. The best strategy identified through
the QSPM matrix analysis is application training for all MyPertamina PICs at
each base. The recommendations provided include the implementation of
continuous training to enhance employees' digital competencies and long-term
monitoring of changes in digital resilience.. | en_US |
