    Abstract
The selection of suppliers is a strategic decision made by a company. The UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) Opak Factory Wak Sukiran, in running its business processes, requires suppliers to supply raw materials, specifically cassava. Generally, companies select suppliers based on common criteria such as price, quality, and distance. Therefore, supplier selection is not yet optimal, prompting research into supplier selection using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The number of suppliers to be selected is 3, namely supplier A, supplier B, and supplier C. A questionnaire will be created and filled out by 5 employees of the UMKM. The initial step is to determine the objectives, followed by establishing criteria and sub-criteria. The criteria and sub-criteria are based on supplier selection according to Dickson and adjusted to the conditions of the UMKM. The selected criteria and sub-criteria include Quality (freshness, form, and quality consistency), Price (price per unit, discount policy, and purchase conditions), Delivery (timeliness of delivery, type of transportation, and delivery method), Capacity (availability of requested quantity, ability to increase stock, and harvest frequency), and Service (ease of contact, response speed to requests, and warranty). The AHP method produces global weights that are further processed using the TOPSIS method to obtain preference values. The preference results for supplier 1 are 0.723, supplier 2 are 0.947, and supplier 3 are 0.505.
