    Abstract
PT Keloria Moringa Jaya is a company that produces Morifoody Cookies made from moringa leaves. The Morifoody supply chain network starts from the flow of materials from suppliers, through the factory, distributors, retailers, and finally to consumers. The risk issues that arise in the raw material procurement process include delays in receiving raw materials and substandard quality of the raw materials. Additionally, risks in the production process include delays in starting production and defects in production output. Moreover, risks in the product distribution process include product damage during transportation and product returns by consumers, with many risks still unidentified. Based on these problems, the purpose of this research is to identify risks in the Morifoody supply chain, determine the priority of risk sources based on the highest ARP value using the House of Risk I method, and identify and prioritize proposed risk mitigation strategies using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method. From the risk identification results, 43 risk events and 28 risk agents were identified. Based on the processing with the HOR I method, RA2 (raw material delay) was identified as the priority risk source with the highest ARP value of 2550. Based on the ANP method processing of the proposed mitigation strategies, the consistency value of the assessment by company experts was 9.1%, indicating that the assessment was consistent. The proposed mitigation actions include determining the optimal stock amount, developing a communication schedule with suppliers, conducting routine audits with suppliers, establishing contracts with suppliers from various regions, and establishing partnerships with several logistics companies.
