Delays in construction projects result in an extension of the scheduled project completion period as specified in the contract agreement. Not completing a project on time shows a lack of productivity and will certainly result in financial waste. One of the most important factors in project success is the existence of proper project time management. Based on the category of causes of delays, this study specifically discusses non-excusable delays, where the contractor holds full responsibility for the delays that occur in the project. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that can be the cause of non-excusable delay and to find out the most dominant factors that can be the cause of non-excusable delay in the application of time management carried out in the Islamic Center Building Construction project. The data was analyzed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) program. The results of the study showed that there were 12 variables that could be factors that could be the cause of non-excusable delay where there were 7 factors with the most influential category that affected at least 58,895% of the total factors causing delay and 5 factors with a fairly influential category that affected around 9,137% of the delay factors.en_US
