Faktor – Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kesuksesan Pelaksanaan Proyek Konstruksi (Studi Kasus : Proyek Revitalisasi Lapangan Merdeka Medan)

Abstract

Project success is the main target for all construction project work. Every project must have factors that affect the success of the project, but not all projects have the same critical success factors. Because the work process and problems in the field are different in each construction project implementation. Therefore, the right strategy must be prepared by the project parties according to the circumstances of their respective projects. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that affect the success of the project (critical success factors) in the revitalization of the Medan independent field. The research method used was multiple linear regression analysis using questionnaire data filled out by 15 respondents. The respondents are contractors who are selected based on the organizational structure of the project. The questionnaire contains 4 independent variables and 1 bound variable, each variable contains 3 statements. Of all the statements from the variables, including project management variables, labor variables, equipment and material variables, external variables, and project success variables. All statements in these variables are declared valid and reliable. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis in the SPSS 2.7 application show that the factors that most affect project success are the labor variable (42.6%), then the equipment and material variable affects (36.1%) and the last is the project management variable (29.4%).
