Currently, the development of the MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition/Event) industry itself has experienced significant growth in the last few years. Medan itself is included in the 16 MICE destination cities that have been determined by the government, including the cities of Jakarta, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Makassar, Medan, Lombok, Bali and Manado. This industry itself can create economic opportunities by driving the tourism, hospitality, transportation and other related industries. Therefore, this design is necessary considering that this industry has become an important factor in destination development strategies, making a positive contribution to economic growth, tourism and global business connections. The neo vernacular concept itself is also implemented in this building. With this, this building will not only be an economic boosting factor in the city of Medan, but can also facilitate the return of culture that is starting to disappear over time.en_US
