Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar di Indeks LQ45 dan Indeks Hang Seng

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, sustainable growth rate, firm size, and ownership structure on firm value in companies listed in LQ45 Index and Hang Seng Index. This research uses an associative causal method with a quantitative research approach. The population consists of 45 companies listed on the LQ45 Index and 85 companies listed on the Hang Seng Index in the period of 2020-2023. The result of the research shows that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value in companies listed on the LQ45 Index, but it does not have any effect on the companies listed on the Hang Seng Index. Sustainable growth rate has a positive effect on firm value in companies listed on the Hang Seng Index, but it does not have any effect on companies on the LQ45 Index. Liquidity does not have any effect on firm value in companies listed in LQ45 Index and Hang Seng Index. Firm size has a negative and significant effect on firm value in companies listed on the LQ45 Index, but it does not have any effect in the companies listed in Hang Seng Index. Ownership structure has a negative and significant effect on firm value in companies listed on the LQ45 Index, but it does not have any effect in companies listed on the Hang Seng Index.
