dc.description.abstractEmployees play an important role in the success of a company in facing business competition in the era of globalization. One way to achieve company success is by providing job satisfaction and fostering an Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) system among employees through the provision of an appropriate psychological climate. When this is achieved, employee performance can reach or even exceed targets, as seen at PT Toba Pulp Lestari, where eucalyptus harvests have reached almost 300% of the predetermined target. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the psychological climate on job satisfaction and OCB among employees at PT Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk, Tele Sector. Through this research, the researcher aims to gain a deeper understanding of the phenomena observed during preliminary research. The study was conducted using a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 52 employees using a probability sampling technique, supported by secondary data such as various books and previous studies. The data were analyzed using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis, and hypothesis testing as data interpretation tools. The results of the study show that the psychological climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction and OCB among employees at PT Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk, Tele Sector. A positive psychological climate leads to increased employee job satisfaction, and a good OCB culture is more easily formed, which can improve company performance, as observed in the eucalyptus harvest phenomenon at the company over the course of several months.en_US
