Mothers who have children with autism spectrum disorders experience parenting
difficulties or burdens that affect the mother's psychological well-being, so
resilience is needed. Resilience is the ability to bounce back after experiencing
difficulties to continue life in the hope of getting better. This research aims to
determine the role of gratitude and social support on resilience in mothers who
have children with autism spectrum disorders. This research uses quantitative
methods. The subjects of this research were 104 mothers who had children with
autism spectrum disorders using purposive sampling techniques. The
measurement tools used are the resilience scale, gratitude scale, and social support
scale. Data analysis of this research used multiple linear regression analysis with
Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program 0.17.2 (JASP). The research results show
that gratitude and social support play a positive and significant role in resilience in
mothers who have children with autism spectrum disorders. The effective
contribution of the role of gratitude and social support to resilience is 12.9%. The
implication of this research is that to be expected that mothers who have children
