dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of job training and incentives received by employees of the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Tanjung Pura on job satisfaction. The study employs a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach. The total population of the study is 110 individuals, and the sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 85 respondents, selected through simple random sampling. The findings indicate that (1) training does not have a significant impact on employee job satisfaction, (2) incentives have a significant effect on job satisfaction, and (3) training and incentives simultaneously have a significant impact on employee job satisfaction at RSUD Tanjung Pura, contributing 22.7% to the variability in job satisfaction. This implies that while incentives are a critical factor in enhancing job satisfaction, approximately 77.3% of the variation in job satisfaction is explained by other factors outside this model, such as the work environment, management, and individual factors not identified in this study. This research is expected to contribute to the management of RSUD Tanjung Pura in developing more effective policies regarding training programs and incentive distribution as part of efforts to improve employee job satisfaction. Additionally, it provides recommendations for future research to explore additional factors that influence job satisfaction.en_US
